Machine Operator II

About the role

The Machine Operator II is responsible for carrying out production tasks on a fixed shift in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow EHS policies and report any concerns or incidents immediately.
• Perform daily equipment and process checks, especially before start‑up or line restart.
• Execute production tasks according to the plan, ensuring no unexpected shutdowns or delays.
• Report quality issues, equipment failures, and abnormal conditions promptly.
• Operate machinery using the correct tools and follow SOPs to prevent waste or material contamination.
• Promote energy and consumable savings and continuously seek improvement in daily work.

Required profile

• Experience implementing 5S methodology.
• Operational knowledge of moving machines, electrical equipment, and inspection/data entry for product quality control.
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with chemical handling is preferred.
