CNC Technician III

About the role

We are looking for a CNC Technician III to operate, set up and maintain CNC equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure that parts are produced according to drawings and specifications while meeting quality and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce parts.
• Set up machines and adjust programs based on 2D/3D drawings and process requirements.
• Perform first‑article inspection and in‑process dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers and other gauges.
• Maintain machining quality, report and resolve abnormalities promptly.
• Follow the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
• Carry out daily machine maintenance and uphold 5S/6S workplace standards.
• Comply with factory safety, environmental and health regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher, preferably with a mechanical background.
• 1–3 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings (2D/3D).
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work rotating shifts and overtime.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with the team.

Required skills

• CNC machine operation (lathe, milling).
• Machine setup and program adjustment (G‑code/M‑code).
• Use of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Basic CNC programming knowledge.
• Implementation of 5S/6S standards.
• Daily equipment maintenance.
