Recruitment Manager – Offshore Wind & Marine Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for our offshore wind and marine engineering projects. You will shape recruitment strategy, expand talent networks, and ensure the right professionals are matched to our fast‑paced projects.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit talent for offshore wind, marine engineering, and related positions in line with business and project needs.
• Develop and manage recruitment strategy, manpower plans, and recruitment processes.
• Expand talent networks and match qualified candidates with client requirements.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, salary negotiation, and hiring.
• Utilise online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn, 104, talent databases, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower needs and provide market insights.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate clients, and project partnerships in the offshore wind and marine sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in offshore wind, marine engineering, or related industries.
• Proven record in full‑cycle recruitment and business development/account management.
• Level B Employment Service Technician Certificate (乙級就業服務技術士證照).
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
