Pricing Operation Management Manager

About the role

Coupang's TW Pricing Operation is looking for an Operations Program Manager to lead a team of junior FTE and operators. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to build, launch and scale initiatives that improve price sharpness and the customer shopping experience. It suits someone with a bias for action, strong attention to detail, process planning skills, analytical thinking and business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Create market research processes and frameworks to analyse data and support pricing decisions
• Analyse operational data to find issues and propose short- and long-term solutions
• Work with junior FTE and operators on daily operations
• Analyse primary and secondary data on products, delivery conditions, sales channels and market prices to support daily pricing decisions and recommend pricing policy changes
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, product management, catalog, consumer experience, purchasing and inventory teams across the market research process

Required profile

• 5+ years of operational experience, including 3+ years setting up processes, overseeing execution and running improvement programmes
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail, with proven collaboration across teams under tight deadlines
• Hands-on problem solving: deep dives into issues, root cause analysis and practical solutions
• Ability to synthesise information quickly and present insights to senior managers and directors
