Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer and market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in Taipei. The role partners with Taiwan Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance through data-driven insights, effective planning and operational excellence. It covers business analytics, performance management, territory and quota planning, customer targeting and sales incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an analytical business partner to Commercial leadership, giving insights and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze business performance, market trends and growth opportunities to identify key performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models and reporting tools for performance management and business planning.
• Support territory and quota planning, performance tracking, customer targeting and segmentation, and sales incentive programs.
• Work with FP&A on long-term planning, forecasting, business reviews and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to align and execute commercial initiatives.
• Improve data quality and operational efficiency through process standardization, automation and new analytical technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations or a similar analytical role.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel; SQL and Tableau highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy.
