Operations Officer

About the role

Tsys is looking for an Operations Officer to join its Operations team in Taipei. The role supports daily payment operations and helps sales activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners such as vendors, banks and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operational processes with high accuracy and efficiency, including merchant payment, settlement clearing and reconciliation, invoicing, dispute handling and manual transaction processing.
• Support sales by preparing proposals, coordinating RFPs, managing documentation and helping in client meetings and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep transaction flows smooth and issues resolved on time.
• Monitor operational performance and deliver monthly reports, keeping service levels and customer satisfaction standards met.
• Identify, escalate and resolve operational issues promptly while following internal procedures and controls.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in financial operations, transaction processing or back-office support.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, able to handle documentation and dispute cases.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow standard procedures and manage several tasks at once.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
• Nice to have: credit card operations or payment processing experience, accounting or reconciliation background, and familiarity with sales support such as RFP preparation.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
