Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while driving performance against long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all departments and employees follow policies, procedures, regulations, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, perform corrective actions such as pipetting calibrations and safety training, and enforce company standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to direct reports and team members.
• Develop, track, and report key performance indicators, implementing countermeasures when needed.
• Create and execute plans and projects that align with performance goals, budgets, and business strategy.
• Collaborate regularly with leaders from other manufacturing groups, quality control, quality assurance, and product development to meet company and customer objectives.
• Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
• Strong understanding of policy compliance, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective corrective actions.
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills.
