职位概况
负责酒店全方位的人力资源管理，包括招聘、薪酬、福利、员工关系及培训，推动团队文化建设，提升宾客体验。
主要职责
- 制定并执行招聘、入职、培训及绩效管理计划。
- 维护员工档案，确保合规性和信息准确。
- 协助总经理制定人力资源预算，控制成本。
- 推动员工满意度调查，分析结果并提出改进方案。
- 处理劳资关系事务，代表酒店参与工会谈判（如适用）。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备4年以上人力资源工作经验。
- 有管理经验者优先，拥有HR专业职称者佳。
- 熟悉当地劳动法规，具备良好的保密意识。
- 流利中文，能够使用英文工作。
