职位概况
负责笔记本电脑机构零件及整机组装的设计，涵盖Cover、铰链、支架等，并进行模具开发与量产异常分析。
主要职责
- Notebook 机构零件设计与整机组装设计（A/B/C/D Cover、铰链、支架等）。
- 模具开发及注塑、压铸、冲压、CNC 加工的量产异常分析。
- 结构强度与可制造性评估，使用 DFM、DFA、DOE、CAE 等方法。
- 与 ID、EE、SI、MFG 等跨部门协作完成设计验证与问题解决。
- 研究并导入新材料与低碳工艺等新技术。
任职要求
- 具备笔记本机构零件设计经验，熟悉 Cover、铰链、支架等结构。
- 熟悉模具开发及注塑、压铸、冲压、CNC 加工工艺。
- 能够进行结构强度评估及 DFM/DFA/DOE/CAE 分析。
- 具备跨部门协作能力，能有效解决设计问题。
- 关注新材料与低碳工艺的研究与应用。
