Supplier Lead Auditor – Linkou/Tainan

About the role

ASML is seeking a Supplier Lead Auditor to join its Supplier Audits team in Taiwan (Linkou/Tainan). The role focuses on assessing and improving the quality, logistics, technology and sustainability performance of ASML’s suppliers in the semiconductor supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and lead cross‑sector supplier audits against ASML requirements and standards.
• Identify risks, verify mitigations and drive continuous improvement in supplier processes.
• Collaborate with Category Management and Supplier Account Teams to resolve quality, logistics or technology issues.
• Develop and maintain audit plans aligned with global audit strategy and supplier strategy.
• Provide regular status updates to clusters, categories and other stakeholders and verify improvement actions.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics or engineering, preferably in a high‑tech environment.
• Auditing experience in the semiconductor industry or related high‑tech sectors.
• Broad exposure to multiple technologies such as mechatronics and optics.
• Experience with new product introductions at supplier sites.
