Quality Supplier Manager

About the role

The Quality Supplier Manager will lead cross‑functional quality initiatives, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product and process excellence. This role requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality control and assurance activities, including complex inspections, audits, and testing.
• Analyze quality data using advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement enhanced quality management systems and procedures.
• Mentor junior quality specialists and provide technical training on quality methodologies.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving for complex quality issues.
• Lead process‑improvement projects to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
• Document quality processes and generate detailed performance reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience).
• Significant experience in quality control, assurance, and supplier management.
• Relevant certifications may be required depending on the area of expertise.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
