Marketing Specialist

About the role

Flexii is seeking a Marketing Specialist to accelerate its growth in Taiwan. You will own the digital marketing agenda, create compelling content, and drive user acquisition for an on‑demand work‑matching platform operating across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and the target audience.
• Create and manage engaging content for the website, social media channels, and email campaigns to drive conversions.
• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Utilize data‑driven insights to track KPIs, produce regular performance reports, and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with Business Development and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within fintech or SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Passion for staying updated with industry innovations.
