Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive product launches and accelerate the growth of key portfolio items, contributing to sustainable brand development and long‑term consumer relationships. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies and ensure consistent brand momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate product launches and sustain growth of pillar products.
• Collect and analyse consumer, market, CRM and competitive data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Leverage CRM and consumer data to evaluate recruitment, retention, repurchase behaviour, segmentation and product affinity.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies and consumer journeys across recruitment, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Propose and monitor marketing‑mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to create integrated consumer experiences.
• Adapt communication materials (imagery, digital, point‑of‑sale) and ensure high‑quality execution of communications, events and promotions.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor business performance, ROI and resource allocation.
• Prepare clear messages and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to orchestrate product launches and drive brand growth.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting consumer, market and CRM insights.
• Experience developing and executing CRM strategies and consumer journeys.
• Capability to design and monitor integrated marketing‑mix campaigns.
• Excellent budget management and performance‑tracking skills.
