Marketing Manager – Taiwan

About the role

The Marketing Manager for Taiwan will design and execute high‑impact, locally relevant marketing strategies that strengthen IWC’s brand presence, drive market growth, and support the recruitment of high‑net‑worth clients across the Taiwan market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with global and NEA regional strategies.
• Lead the planning, approval, and rollout of local campaigns for product launches.
• Implement omni‑channel communications and digital transformation initiatives, including strengthening LINE CRM capabilities.
• Manage agencies and media plans to optimise digital investment and explore new platforms.
• Design and execute boutique‑traffic‑driving events, VIP activations, and partnership programmes with banks, insurers, malls, art institutions and luxury brands.
• Oversee PR activities, create local content, and maintain media relationships to maximise brand visibility.
• Monitor budget utilisation, forecast spend and ensure cost‑efficient execution of all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for the Taiwan market.
• Ability to collaborate with global, regional and commercial teams while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Strong project‑management and analytical skills to define KPIs, measure ROI and provide actionable insights.
• Experience managing agency relationships and multi‑channel media plans.
