About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive profitable brand growth in the Taiwan market by executing marketing initiatives with strong financial discipline and ROI accountability. This role supports both marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable brand, commercial and customer outcomes aligned with regional and global strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand and campaign assets, ensuring local packaging meets global brand guidelines.
• Manage marketing activations, consumer‑facing programs and industry events across the assigned market.
• Develop trade presentations and customer pitch materials backed by market, consumer and category insights.
• Gather and apply market intelligence to improve campaign effectiveness and in‑store activations.
• Support budget planning, tracking, re‑forecasting and post‑campaign ROI reviews.
• Collaborate with senior team members to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Create customized marketing materials for specific customers or market programs.
• Generate content for social media platforms and external publications in line with global brand and digital strategies.
• Assist with trade show presence, including brand visuals, collateral and logistics.
• Analyze market, import and customer data to provide insights on consumption and sales performance.
