Major Account Executive – Logistics Sales

About the role

Join a Fortune Global 500 leader in logistics as a Major Account Executive, managing strategic accounts in the Kaohsiung and Tainan region. You will drive new business, deepen existing relationships, and contribute to UPS’s growth in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and increase share of wallet.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, business reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Lead RFQs, pricing discussions, and implementation handovers with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account plans, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, express, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for customer visits.
