Executive Assistant to General Manager – Business Development & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, business‑oriented professional to support the General Manager in domestic and international business development, strategic partnerships, product opportunities, and key corporate projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development activities, identify and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers.
• Evaluate licensing, co‑development, distribution and other collaboration opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new products, markets and trends.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, partnership materials and market analyses.
• Participate in meetings with customers and partners, track action items and follow‑up.
• Assist commercial discussions, quotations, partnership structures and contract coordination.
• Maintain the Business Development pipeline, tracking status, milestones and timelines.
• Work closely with the General Manager on cross‑functional initiatives, project tracking and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to organize complex information, manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
