About the role
Join Trane Technologies as a Junior Sales Engineer and help deliver comfortable, sustainable climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. You will work on‑site, supporting senior engineers and contributing to a greener future.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior sales engineers in preparing technical proposals and quotations.
- Engage with customers to understand their climate‑control needs.
- Support product demonstrations and on‑site visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in HVAC, building, or transportation climate solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site five days a week.
