About the role
Supermicro is looking for an HR Specialist to join its Compensation team. The role focuses on supporting compensation proposals, employment offers, and related operational tasks while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support compensation proposal and employment offer workflows.
- Assist the compensation department with operational tasks and business execution.
- Prepare and verify compensation data as needed.
- Coordinate and participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Handle work‑permit applications for foreign employees relocating to Taiwan.
Required profile
- University degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR‑related laws.
- Positive work attitude and strong teamwork mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
