About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to drive our marketing strategy and support key account competitiveness. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own market intelligence, account strategy, and the day‑to‑day marketing operations that keep campaigns running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market dynamics such as pricing and promotions, delivering data‑driven solutions to improve account performance.
• Track and optimize campaign performance in real time, balancing competitive advantage with business impact.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including marketing, supply, and business development—to secure resources and build consensus.
• Manage marketing assets like promo codes, landing pages, and contractor support, ensuring error‑free execution and continuous workflow improvement.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives and projects that advance business objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in OTA, eCommerce, or tech startups, preferably in marketing operations or project management.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven with a creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Start‑up attitude: hands‑on, curious, organized, and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
