职位概况
好樂服務多元產業客戶，尋找具豐富行銷公關實戰經驗且具領導才能的整合行銷副理／經理，負責策略規劃、提案、專案執行與效益評估。
主要职责
- 策略規劃與提案領導：獨立或帶領團隊進行市場分析、產業趨勢洞察，擬定前瞻性整合行銷策略，主導提案方向與內容產製。
- 專案管理與團隊領導：統籌專案啟動、資源分配、進度控管、品質監督，確保專案如期、如質、如預算完成，並激勵團隊提升效能。
- 效益評估與績效提升：定期追蹤、分析專案數據，提出優化建議，持續關注市場變化與行銷趨勢，提升服務與作業流程。
任職要求
- 五年以上行銷公關實務經驗，具備專案企劃與執行能力。
- 熟悉策略思考、市場分析、提案簡報、客戶經營與團隊領導。
- 具備優異的溝通表達、談判協商與英文精通能力。
