Finance Operations, General Services & Procurement Transformation Manager

About the role

Prudential is looking for a manager to lead and support organization and operations transformation initiatives across Finance Operations, General Services and Procurement. The role reviews existing processes, identifies pain points and control gaps, and develops solutions for standardization, simplification, digitalization and automation. It is based in Taipei.

Key responsibilities

• Establish transformation and cross-functional project plans, timelines, performance indicators and tracking mechanisms, and prepare management reports and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate business requirements, resources, risks, issues, decisions and deliverables so projects stay on plan.
• Participate in finance operations, including investment accounting system administration, investment transaction accounting, management reporting, data analysis, exception follow-up and process improvement.
• Maintain operating procedures and management documentation in line with accounting standards, company policies and internal requirements.
• Support general services, workplace management and procurement, including project consolidation, progress tracking, risk management and cross-functional coordination; office relocation, renovation or space planning experience is preferred.
• Support internal controls, regulatory compliance and operational risk management, including control documentation, risk assessments, self-assessments, audits and remediation tracking.
• Act as a coordination point for departmental transformation and other key projects, integrating cross-functional requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in organization transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, project management, finance operations, investment accounting, internal controls or risk management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in insurance, banking, securities, asset management or other regulated industries.
• Experience leading organization or finance transformation, operating model enhancement or business process re-engineering.
• Experience implementing finance systems, procurement systems, automation, AI or data analytics tools.
• Experience in consulting firms, Big Four accounting firms or corporate transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI, AI tools or process automation solutions.
• Experience in workplace management, facilities management, procurement or office relocation.
