Facility Engineer – Campus Recruitment

About the role

TSMC is seeking a Facility Engineer to join its semiconductor manufacturing team through the 2026 US Fall Campus Recruitment program. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of plant facility systems that support wafer production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, construct, operate, and maintain power, water, gas, chemical, and HVAC systems for semiconductor fabs.
• Conduct risk analysis of facility operations and supply quality.
• Allocate resources and energy efficiently while managing construction safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain high‑quality facility performance.
• Coordinate construction projects and manage related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and logical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High work ethic, integrity, and a mindset of continuous innovation.
