Distribution Requirements Specialist

About the role

Qnity is seeking a Distribution Requirements Specialist to manage the movement of products across domestic, import and export channels. You will ensure that all material flows align with regulatory standards and support optimal inventory levels while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP material flow transactions, including route maintenance and order adjustments.
• Coordinate with demand planners, customer service, logistics specialists, warehouse teams, sales, and external service providers to resolve shipping, carrier, and freight issues.
• Manage export orders, verify delivery dates, and oversee product transfers, customs clearance, and import/export activities.
• Perform goods receipt and issue processes, ensuring physical inventory matches SAP records.
• Monitor supply‑chain metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for movement disruptions.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract warehouse operations, escalating performance issues as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of supply‑chain and logistics processes.
• Experience handling international material movements and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring metrics and solving issues.
