职位概况
负责公司WMS系统（SAP）及关务系统（ILC）的日常操作与维护，需与国外客户进行英文邮件沟通并完成报表分析。
主要职责
- 使用SAP进行仓储管理系统操作。
- 维护ILC关务系统，处理报关事务。
- 回复国外客户英文邮件，撰写报告与分析。
- 管理文件资料，确保信息准确。
- 与报关行、货代及客户服务团队协调工作。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，专业不限。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、Access等办公软件。
- 能够接受长期夜班/中班及假日轮班加班。
- 具备进出口或保税工作经验及保税人员证书者优先。
- 英文读写能力中等。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作。
- ILC关务系统使用。
- Word、Excel、Access办公软件。
- 英文邮件撰写与阅读。
