SAP Coordinator – Kaohsiung

About the role

The SAP Coordinator will manage material ordering and returns, ensuring that material status aligns with SAP confirmations. This role supports engineering stock reduction projects, tooling calibration and emergency order verification to drive cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate materials ordering and return processes, verifying that the material status in the system matches SAP confirmations.
• Monitor and control the F18A pending materials status and oversee the OSO overdue rate to ensure timely processing.
• Support the Engineer stock reduction A3 project, handling FAR/CQN/DOA parts returns to the warehouse within two weeks.
• Guarantee 100 % on‑time tooling calibration and certification, maintaining compliance with quality standards.
• Double‑confirm emergency orders (UND) and investigate the reasons for EMO accuracy to achieve cost reduction.
• Order required components and replenish missing tooling to sustain production continuity.

Required profile

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Must be immediately eligible to access controlled technology to meet business demands.
