Design & Build Project Manager

About the role

The Design & Build Project Manager leads the full project lifecycle, linking design and construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination abilities, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project presentations at initiation, design, construction, and handover phases.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality targets.
• Coordinate design teams (architectural, structural, MEP) and ensure design solutions meet client, regulatory, and budget requirements.
• Supervise on‑site construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgets, change orders, and payment applications.
• Handle contractual relationships, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in design‑build project management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
