Facilities Coordinator

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator provides overall facility management services, ensuring a stable and safe environment for office and production activities. The role supports the Facility Management team with tactical planning, procurement, and coordination of maintenance and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Management team with tactical planning and goal setting.
• Procure facility supplies and services, issue purchase orders, and manage bid requests and contracts.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and support budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate campus shuttle services, meeting room reservations, and maintenance scheduling.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, visitors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Support engineering inspections (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, water supply, drainage) and on‑site project coordination.
• Maintain security systems, lease administration, and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Associate degree in facilities management, building, business or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in facility management, engineering, or general affairs.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
