Project Manager - Space Management (Semiconductor Plant)

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company owned by CBRE Group, is hiring a Project Manager for space management on a semiconductor plant project in Taoyuan. The role covers BIM modelling, space planning and coordination of MEP systems and equipment layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP and process systems.
• Manage space planning, including equipment layout, maintenance access, safety egress and future expansion.
• Coordinate multi-system pipeline routing, elevation and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Lead regular space coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
• Integrate interfaces between CSA, MEP, hook-up and equipment vendors.
• Propose space optimization solutions for utility corridors, pipe bridges and electrical rooms.
• Review design changes and run pre-construction space feasibility checks.
• Manage and verify technical drawings such as P&IDs, sections and shop drawings, ensuring as-built model consistency.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, issue logs and clash tracking summaries.
• Support owner and consultant technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive space management experience with demonstrated leadership of SAPCE/Fab space planning activities.
• At least 5 years in semiconductor plant construction or large-scale MEP integration, or 3+ years in BIM space management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, pipeline coordination, clash detection and layout review.
• Preferred: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks or other BIM certifications.
