Junior Signalling Engineer

About the role

SYSTRA Taiwan is seeking a motivated Junior Signalling Engineer to support railway system projects. Working under senior engineers, you will contribute to design, development, and implementation activities for rail transit infrastructure across Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of signalling and railway system projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and help ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Manage project document control and support administrative activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma holder in a STEM field, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of engineering experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication in Traditional Chinese and professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in the Kaohsiung or Taipei office.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
