Design & Build Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Design & Build Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle, from concept design through construction completion. The role serves as the primary link between design teams, construction crews, clients and consultants, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project presentations at initiation, design approval, construction progress, milestone reporting and final hand‑over.
• Plan, execute and monitor projects to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Supervise architectural, structural and MEP design work, review drawings and manage design changes.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, conduct inspections, ensure safety and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and control project budgets, review change orders, approve payment applications and manage contractual relationships.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of experience managing design‑build projects in the construction industry.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
