Customer Service Agent (French)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to deliver empathetic, efficient support across multiple channels. You will act as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, turning frontline feedback into actionable insights that improve our products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑brand, courteous assistance via Zendesk, social media direct messages, and other communication channels.
• Handle standard operational tasks such as order processing, returns, shipment tracking, and refunds.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet KPI targets including CSAT, FCR, QA, and First Response Time.
• Maintain accurate and consistent product, terms, and promotional information across global websites.
• Report product defects or shipping issues promptly, track resolutions, and help continuously improve the shopping experience.
• Exercise delegated authority to offer compensation solutions, balancing company interests with customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset focused on root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
