Customer Service Officer – Banking Hub

About the role

Join DBS Group Operations to deliver excellent customer service in our Customer Service Hub, handling inbound inquiries and supporting digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and digital platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions or refer to specialists.
• Maintain high service quality standards and comply with operational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Guide customers on using self‑service banking channels to encourage digital adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, contact centres, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts to support operations.
