內勤電銷專員（電話銷售）

职位概况
負責透過公司提供名單進行電話開發與保險商品銷售，達成個人及團隊業績目標，並維護客戶關係與服務品質。
主要职责
- 電話銷售個人意外險、醫療險、癌症險等保險商品，分析客戶需求並提供保險規劃建議。
- 執行續保、加保及交叉銷售作業，提升客戶留存率與滿意度。
- 遵循保險法規與公司內部規範，完成銷售流程、錄音及系統紀錄。
任职要求
- 高中或以上學歷，具電話行銷或業務經驗者佳。
- 具正面積極、健談、抗壓性高且具企圖心，願接受業績挑戰。
- 口條清晰、表達能力佳，能熟練使用CRM系統。
