负责通过公司提供的名单进行电话开发与销售，推广个人意外险、医疗险、癌症险等保险产品，达成个人及团队业绩目标。

主要职责

电话开发及销售保险产品（意外险、医疗险、癌症险等）
分析客户需求，提供保险规划建议并达成业绩目标
维护客户关系，处理续保、加保及交叉销售事务
遵循保险法令及公司规章，完成销售流程记录与质量监控

任职要求

高中或以上学历
具电话行销或业务经验者佳
具良好沟通表达、抗压性及积极工作热忱
