Business Development Specialist

About the role

Air Liquide Far Eastern is looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in Taiwan's industrial gases sector. The role will focus on uncovering new market opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market positions, competitor data and industry trends to shape long‑term development plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across customers, networks and government agencies.
• Develop marketing activities and materials that support the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and design technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations, secure contractual agreements and support project execution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with strategic/key customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to sustain partnerships and resolve disputes through negotiation.
• Monitor customer situations, provide follow‑up on contracts and protect Air Liquide’s customer base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
