Beauty Advisor

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor you will blend creative makeup expertise with technical knowledge to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while working alongside a high‑performing team to drive impactful in‑store events and uphold premium visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customized makeup consultations and application for customers.
• Educate shoppers on product use, trends and techniques.
• Maintain and refresh visual‑merchandising displays to meet brand standards.
• Support and execute in‑store events and promotional activities.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) software efficiently.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur‑level experience accepted if demonstrably skilled.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail schedules and fast‑paced environments.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
