Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

The Assistant Officer will join DBS Consumer Banking Group’s Telemarketing team to promote personal loan products to high‑quality DBS card holders. This role focuses on delivering professional financial consulting over the phone and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote personal loan and unsecured loan products by telephone to qualified DBS card holders.
• Provide professional financial consulting to meet the company’s performance targets.
• Gather feedback, status updates and suggestions for the supervisor.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to personal loan services.
• Maintain familiarity with product knowledge, computer operations, internal procedures and compliance requirements.
