Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

Join DBS Consumer Banking Group as an Assistant Officer focused on telemarketing personal loan products. You will engage high‑quality DBS card holders over the phone, delivering professional financial advice and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote personal loan products to selected DBS card holders via telephone and meet performance targets.
• Provide accurate financial consulting and answer customer inquiries related to personal loans.
• Report status, feedback and suggestions to the supervisor regularly.
• Handle and resolve customer issues concerning personal loan services.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, regulations and required operational knowledge.

Required profile

• Basic telephone handling skills with fluency in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
• Clear articulation, strong learning spirit and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Previous telephone experience (e.g., market research, investment promotion, recruitment) is preferred.
• Positive attitude, ambition and a desire to develop into a full‑scale telemarketing specialist.
