零售教育专员（兼职）

职位概况
负责在林口三井Outlet门店为顾客提供产品教育与优质服务，推动社区活动，营造包容友善的购物体验。工作为弹性兼职制。
主要职责
- 与顾客互动，解答产品问题并提供个性化建议。
- 进行产品展示、补货及店面陈列维护。
- 策划并执行本地社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动。
- 收集顾客反馈并与门店管理层合作改进服务。
- 使用门店技术系统完成交易及清洁维护。
任职要求
- 具备在当地司法管辖区合法工作资格。
- 高中或同等学历以上。
- 愿意在值班期间大部分时间在店面走动。
- 具备良好沟通能力与团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 客户服务与沟通技巧。
- 基本的门店运营与陈列技能。
