Watch Advisor – Luxury Retail Sales Specialist

About the role

The Watch Advisor acts as the face of A. Lange & Söhne, delivering an exceptional customer experience both inside and outside the boutique. Working with a professional team, you will drive sales, manage client relationships and uphold the brand’s heritage of state‑of‑the‑art tradition.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets in line with the brand’s retail strategy while complying with legal and fiscal regulations.
• Control costs, manage discounts and monitor third‑party commissions to maximise profitability.
• Analyse missed sales, collaborate with the Assistant/Boutique Manager and refine future sales forecasts.
• Organise private viewings for VIP clients and develop action plans for prospective customers.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring impeccable client welcoming, handling and service.
• Maintain boutique appearance, support visual merchandising initiatives and oversee store operations.
• Manage CRM activities using the iCM system, build and update the VIP and prospect database, and handle after‑sales matters.
• Participate in regular stock‑taking, quality control and store audits.

Required profile

• Strong passion for luxury watches and deep knowledge of the brand.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ability to work autonomously, plan actions and meet sales objectives.
• Professional appearance and commitment to brand standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the iCM CRM system.
