Vietnamese Customer Support Teammate

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Vietnamese‑speaking Teammate to join its global customer experience team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to email and live‑chat inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while following the client’s quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls in Vietnamese.
• Provide accurate, timely responses via email and live‑chat.
• Filter website content and perform basic data‑research tasks.
• Troubleshoot common issues using known techniques.
• Manage, re‑solve, and document customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate resource.
• Maintain confidentiality of all login credentials.
• Participate in mandatory internal and external trainings.

Required profile

• Fluent Vietnamese communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to delivering good customer satisfaction and experience.
• Willingness to meet and exceed client‑mandated KPIs.
