Customer Support Teammate (Korean)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Korean‑speaking Teammate to join its global customer experience team. In this position you will handle inbound and outbound communications, providing timely assistance through phone, email, and live‑chat channels while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls for Korean‑language customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live‑chat, ensuring accurate and prompt information.
• Filter website content and perform data‑research tasks as needed.
• Apply basic troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
• Manage and re‑solve customer complaints, escalating priority cases when required.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and document all interactions according to SOPs.
• Meet and exceed client‑mandated KPIs while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of all login credentials and participate in mandatory trainings.

Required profile

• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
