Customer Support Teammate (Chinese)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Chinese Customer Support Teammate to join its global team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, email and live‑chat, delivering accurate and timely assistance to customers while upholding the company’s People First culture.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls for customer inquiries.
• Provide prompt responses via email and live‑chat support channels.
• Filter and moderate content from the client’s website.
• Perform data entry, research tasks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating priority issues as needed.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and document all interactions according to SOPs.
• Meet and exceed client‑mandated KPIs and adhere to continuous‑improvement standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all internal and external login credentials.
• Participate in mandatory internal and external trainings and stay compliant with TaskUs policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and proficient in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Ability to work under KPI targets and follow quality guidelines.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and process improvement.

Required skills

• Familiarity with email and live‑chat platforms.
• Proficient computer usage for data entry and research.
