Training Specialist / Senior Training Specialist

About the role

TSMC is seeking a Training Specialist (or Senior Training Specialist) to lead the design, implementation and management of corporate training programs. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure training initiatives align with business goals and are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of training programs, collaborating with course owners and external consultants.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets, using project management tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Conduct needs assessments across the organization to identify training requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up‑to‑date, relevant and aligned with industry best practices.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field.
• Strong project management and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Fluent English; additional language skills such as Japanese or German are a plus.
