Tech Account Manager – B2B Communications

About the role

Edelman is seeking a driven Tech Account Manager (or Assistant Account Manager, depending on experience) to lead client communications and project delivery for a portfolio of B2B technology brands. You will translate complex tech topics into clear narratives and guide a small team to deliver high‑impact PR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and strong relationship management.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency under pressure.
• Support B2B technology clients across media relations, content development, executive communications, thought leadership, and campaign execution.
• Translate technical subjects into audience‑relevant narratives and actionable workstreams.
• Coach and manage a small team, fostering growth, accountability, and teamwork.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying agile as priorities shift.
• Contribute strategic ideas and recommendations to strengthen client visibility and credibility in Taiwan.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Startup mindset – agile, solutions‑driven, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Confident presenter and clear communicator, both internally and externally.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and ability to lead junior staff.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure.
• Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills, capable of drafting professional documents, decks, and emails.
