Creative Marketing Intern – Indonesia Market

About the role

CATCHPLAY+ is seeking a Creative Marketing Intern to support its Indonesia market. You will work on social media content, CRM design, and other marketing initiatives to promote premium movies and series, helping to boost user engagement on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule social media posts tailored to the Indonesian audience.
• Create visual assets and short‑form videos for campaigns using design and video‑editing tools.
• Write catchy copy for social media, notifications, and email newsletters.
• Assist the marketing team with CRM design, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Support ad‑hoc marketing projects and maintain content calendars.

Required profile

• Active university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media or related fields.
• Passionate about movies, TV series and current social media trends.
• Fluent in written and spoken Indonesian.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Short‑form video editors: CapCut, Adobe Premiere.
• Copywriting for social media and digital channels.
