About the role
We are looking for an Affiliate & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and paid creator‑driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of KOL/UGC campaigns and help grow the creator ecosystem for our e‑commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Facebook/Instagram Affiliate Hub and YouTube Shopping, overseeing growth and value creation for creators.
- Lead the rollout of partnership features, new initiatives and creator incentive programs to increase active creator numbers and engagement.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid KOL/UGC campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube, handling budget allocation, performance monitoring and agency coordination.
- Track ad performance metrics such as CPA and CPMAU, translate insights into actionable strategies and report to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Required profile
- Previous experience in e‑commerce marketing is a plus.
- Fast learner with strong communication and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platform.
- Hands‑on experience with TikTok advertising platform.
- Hands‑on experience with YouTube advertising platform.
