Senior Staff Solution Marketing Specialist - Industry Automation (Robotics)

About the role

Renesas Electronics, a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Senior Staff Solution Marketing Specialist in Taipei for its industry automation (robotics) solution marketing function. The role leads regional solution strategy, definition, enablement and field execution, working with the Solution Architecture Leadership (SAL) and UX management, and follows a hybrid collaboration model with matrix reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regional market trends, customer pain points and SAM/CAGR/LTV projections, and run competitive analysis for target BOMs and competing solutions
• Lead regional proposals: block diagrams, architecture, specs, USP, MRD/SRD preparation and PPB alignment, with cross-functional reviews
• Support go/no-go decisions, design validation, resource assignment and timeline tracking, and own NSI definition, support packages and launch readiness
• Build and execute regional GTM plans, solution messaging, application examples and positioning, and partner with channel marketing on distributor readiness programs
• Present solutions to distributors and customers, support technical engagement with ecosystem partners and influence design-ins with sales teams
• Create solution Go-Bags, block diagrams, web content and sales kits, and deliver internal and external training
• Track solution impact and funnel progress via CRM and BI dashboards, and collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing or technical sales
• Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop field relationships
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
