Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer and market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Taipei. The role covers product launches, portfolio strategy and go-to-market planning, and works closely with sales, surgeons and hospital executives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute product launches
• Plan portfolio roadmaps and go-to-market strategies (mid to long term)
• Position products and define feature and benefit messaging for sales, surgeons and hospital executives
• Build sales enablement tools such as data sheets, reference videos, vision decks and white papers
• Manage portfolio pricing and product life cycle
• Develop product KOLs, reference surgeons and program sites
• Build product claims evidence with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and roll out product promotion campaigns and manage tradeshow presence, demos and test drives
• Monitor sales and surgeon satisfaction and voice of customer
• Work with the Clinical Marketing and Sales teams to deliver procedure solutions
• Develop market intelligence and competitive strategies, and enable the commercial team on digital knowledge and readiness

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry (sales and marketing experience preferred)
• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or master's degree preferred
• Ability to travel 30%, including internationally
